Biographies

David is the last remaining of the “Founding Fathers” of Twin Partners. Before creating CIBR/Interactive Entertainment in 1996, David’s corporate career began as a Print Specialist with EUROCARD/Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme (GZS) GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany. It was there where he worked his way up the corporate ladder before his position was outsourced and the company was sold to First Data Resources. He is also a decorated military veteran who obtained several awards as a member of the Louisiana National Guard, United States Army, United States Army Reserves and is honorably discharged.

David is a graduate of American University, Liberty University, Trinity College, and the University of Hannover where he obtained multiple degrees (Bachelor, Triple Masters, and a Research PhD).

David has been the driving force behind Twin Partners since the very beginning. He is responsible for sky-rocketing it’s success from an unknown to a player in Federal and Corporate Information Technology. Twin Partners Inc has successfully secured contracts with several entities of the United States Federal Government and the Commonwealth of Virginia. These include the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, National Security Agency, Transportation Security Administration, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Twin Partners Inc has also successfully secured contracts with major players in the Banking, Financial, and Insurance industries that include names like Capital One Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, GEICO Insurance, and Zions Bank. Twin Partners has partnered with Amdahl, Base2 Technologies, Convergenz, Fujitsu, Harvey Nash, International Business Machines, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, and Unisys on several of the above mentioned contracts.
