In 1996 CIBR/Interactive Entertainment was born in Europe. It quickly became a full time operation and officially incorporated in the small medieval town of Rodenbach, Germany. In 2000 CIBR was sold to a major company in the travel industry and Interactive Entertainment moved operations to the United States where it became known as Twin Partners LLC. Relocating to the US would put it closer to its primary clients allowing the company to focus on its long term strategy. In as little as 2 years, Twin Partners grew by securing high profile projects and forging partnerships on the East Coast, the Mid-West and in the Mid-Atlantic Region. By 2004, Twin Partners had procured major contracts with multiple Agencies of the United States Federal Government and in the Banking/Insurance industries that stretched from Utah to Colorado to Florida to Washington D.C. In late 2004 the company opened a satellite office in Richmond, Virginia in order to be closer to its clients in the Commonwealth and Washington DC. Within 4 years after moving to the United States, Twin Partners had multiple contracts, offices, and employees that spanned 5 States. In 2008, the company incorporated, consolidated operations, and relocated its headquarters and satellite offices to Florida where it became Twin Partners Incorporated.
